The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the General Manager and Commercial Leads, overseeing commercial performance and ensuring robust financial control across a multi-region housing maintenance framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on commercial and financial management, ensuring the business secures full contractual entitlement.
* Produce Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), Cost Value Comparisons (CVCs) and management accounts.
* Maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and budget tracking.
* Oversee subcontractor agreements, procurement, and supply chain performance.
* Support dispute resolution and ensure timely billing and cash collection.
* Drive governance, cost efficiency, and system improvements within the commercial team.
About You
* Proven experience as a QS or SQS within maintenance, housing, or contracting.
* Strong commercial awareness with solid understanding of JCT or similar contracts.
* Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
* Strong communicator with leadership capability.
* Full UK driving licence.
