Role Overview:
The Paraplanner will provide high-level technical support to financial planners by preparing detailed, compliant reports, conducting in-depth product research, and supporting client review processes. You will play a key role in delivering tailored financial solutions and maintaining service excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth client research and prepare supporting documentation for client reviews
* Compile detailed suitability reports from structured templates
* Prepare complex and personalised annual client review letters
* Process and manage complex new business cases
* Ensure all work is in line with internal processes and FCA compliance requirements
* Provide timely and accurate information to the management team
* Deliver advanced business support to financial planners in line with business goals
* Proactively develop and maintain professional knowledge and technical skills
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required:
* Relevant financial qualification(e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning / DipPFS)
* Experience usingback-office systems, ideallyIress Xplan(knowledge ofIntelligent Officeis also desirable due to possible future migration)
* Familiarity withDefaqto/Centra,FE Analytics, and other industry analysis tools
* Proven experience writing detailed and compliantsuitability reports???????
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills
