About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to deliver high-quality void property repairs and refurbishments within the social housing sector.
You will play a key role in preparing vacant properties to a safe, compliant, and lettable standard within agreed timescales.
This is a hands on role requiring a broad range of trade skills, attention to detail and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out void property repairs and refurbishment works, ensuring properties meet lettable standards
* Carpentry (door hanging, skirting, kitchen repairs/fitting)
* Plumbing (basic pipework, tap changes etc)
* Tiling
* Plastering
* Painting and decorating
* Complete all works within agreed deadlines and quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies.
* Maintain accurate job records, materials usage, and photographic evidence where required.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, planners and other team members.
Essential Requirements
* Strong multi-trade skillset or proven experience within one specific trade
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Pay: £140.00-£180.00 per day
