I’m recruiting on behalf of a precision engineering company based near Ascot that specialises in manufacturing tight-tolerance components used in the military.
This isn’t a mass-production environment — the work involves complex, high-spec parts where quality matters more than quantity.

The Role
• Running CNC milling machines, 5-axis mazaks (training will be provided).
• Working from detailed drawings
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Managing multiple jobs efficiently
• Maintaining high quality standards
What They Want
• 3+ years CNC milling experience, ideally with mazak or fanuc
• Confident setter/operator with 3-4 axis
• Strong drawing interpretation
• Quality-driven mindset
