Customer Support Specialist (Paediatric Trauma and Deformity Business) Responsible to: Managing Director Responsible for: The post has no line management responsibility Principal Contacts Internal. Managing Director. All other company staff including clients of Osteoplus Ltd as required. External. Customers, potential customers, suppliers, contractors. Environment The post is based at the company offices in Unit 1b Century Park Swansea. The role may include occasional travel to other premises for meetings and or training purposes. Job Purpose To provide a range of professional and administrative services to ensure the smooth running and professional standards of OsteoPlus Limited and its back-office functions for Managed Services Clients. This list is not exhaustive and covers the general responsibilities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities To be responsible for the maintenance of an electronic database that contains all relevant customer details. To undertake telephone contact with customers or identify the appropriate individual within the company/Hospital concerned to liaise with (that being the person who would place business with clients). To keep records of prospective new clients, the contact details of the responsible person within the business, and the outcomes of the initial discussion. To make contact with individual customers and / or the responsible person within each Hospital account. To maintain and develop an ongoing relationship with major customers of the company and key personnel of OsteoPlus clients. To pick, pack and ship orders to customers. To be responsible for stock receipt and delivery arrangements to customers. To undertake any training as required. To undertake other duties as reasonably required. Use of Microsoft Word, excel and email are essential to undertake duties.
