Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Team Leader Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of Holiday lets. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for all occupants, work available in our Laundrette aswell. You must hold a full UK driving licence
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas and follow instructions.
* Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
* Empty bins, dispose of waste.
* Dust, mop, vacuum, and scrub surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
* Have a good level of fitness, we clean some large properties.
* Work in our Laundrette, ensuring the high standard of care to customers linen and Hire Linen.
Experience
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Full driving licence and access to own car, there maybe times you are required to use own car (also access to company vans) petrol allowance paid. Must be a confident driver.
* A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
