Job Description
This is a newly created role to support the US expansion of the business by focusing on the statutory reporting and management accounts. You will lead a team in doing so, whilst overseeing audit, and building relationships with stakeholders; challenging processes and assessing the impact of new regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
3. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Please note, my client will consider 1st time movers from practice
4. Previous experience managing a small team of accountants
5. Proven consolidation and statutory accounts experience, United States GAAP knowledge preferred but not essential.
6. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
7. Attention to detail with the desire to develop and improve systems and processes
8. Flexible, proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
