Our client is a highly-respected defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a solicitor or associate to join their well-regarded property damage team in either their Manchester or Liverpool office on a hybrid basis.
Your new role
This Property Damage Solicitor/Associate role will see you responsible for:

* Independently manage a caseload of property damage related claims
\t
* Contribute to higher-value cases as part of a collaborative team.
\t
* Interpret and respond to client needs, ensuring all casework aligns with client SLAs and industry best practices.
\t
* Assess risk and exercise sound judgment to support and justify decisions to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
\t
* Organise and prioritise tasks to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
\t
* Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to expand business networks and deepen understanding of the Firm's strategic goals and client expectations.
\t
* Serve as a mentor and primary point of contact for junior team members, offering guidance and support as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 6 months experience handling your own caseload of property insurance claims. Applicants must have robust technical proficiency and a keen enthusiasm for all aspects of commercial insurance. Substantial experience in a similar position is desirable, but those with limited experience will also be considered.
