We are currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant on behalf of our client. This is a key role within the HR function, supporting managers across Children's Services and the wider organisation to navigate complex people matters with confidence and consistency. This opportunity would suit a credible and resilient ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and enjoys coaching managers to build capability and improve outcomes.
