Join a new Crisis Wellbeing Centre and help others find their way through tough times. A new 24-hour crisis support service is opening in Buntingford this January. The Crisis Centre will provide a safe, calm space for up to seven people at a time who are experiencing a mental health crisis — offering compassionate, short-term support as an alternative to hospital admission. We’re looking for empathetic, reliable, and motivated individuals to join the team as Crisis Wellbeing Coaches. You’ll provide practical and emotional support, help people build coping skills, and deliver structured wellbeing interventions — with full training and resources provided. You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly team where kindness, respect, and growth are at the heart of the work.
