BJ132: Administrator\nLocation: Leeds\nSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum\nWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, scheduled anytime between 7.00am and 5.00pm\n\nOverview:\n\nFirst Military Recruitment are currently supporting one of our established and expanding removals businesses in the search for an Administrator in Leeds.\n\nThis role involves coordinating transportation and storage logistics, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting the branch manager with day-to-day operations.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nPlan, schedule, and dispatch vehicles and personnel for household, office, and commercial removals.\nManage inventory and storage logistics, ensuring proper handling and documentation.\nProcessing weekly wages to head office.\nCompleting and sending client invoices.\nCredit control for the branch.\nProvide excellent customer service, handling escalated customer issues and complaints professionally.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, transport laws, and company policies.\nMaintain accurate records of removals, deliveries, vehicle usage, and incident reports.\nSupport the Branch Manager with all administrative duties, reporting, and audits.\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\n\nExceptional attention to detail\nProven experience in administrating or similar positions.\nStrong team coordination skills.\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.\nGood knowledge of logistics planning, vehicle routing, and storage procedures.\nFamiliarity with health and safety practices in a transport/removal setting.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (TMS, CRM, etc.).\nValid driver’s license (commercial license preferred).\n\nBJ132: Administrator\nLocation: Leeds\nSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum\nWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, scheduled anytime between 7.00am and 5.00pm
