The Role
As an Insite Stores Supervisor, also known as Insite Stores Operative, you will be a vital part of the Insite team, contributing to its success. While experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment is preferred, full training will be provided, so don’t let lack of experience deter you from applying!

We are currently experiencing increased activity and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Our goal is to support our customers by providing all necessary parts, spares, and tooling to keep their operations running smoothly, while also negotiating the best deals with suppliers.
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious person to assist the Insite Manager in developing the business by maximizing profitable sales opportunities, maintaining excellent customer service, and exceeding customer expectations whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Insite Manager in sourcing stock and non-stock items according to customer needs.
2. Ensure consistent delivery of high levels of customer service.
3. Achieve cost reduction savings compared to previous suppliers and OEMs.
4. Support team members with inquiries and issues.
5. Coordinate site visits with supply partners to identify value-added activities.
6. Identify sales opportunities around site leasing and collaborate with all departments.
7. Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
1. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
2. Self-motivated and driven to complete tasks efficiently.
3. Experience in a similar role with transferable skills.
