Warehouse Operatives – Backshift
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Livingston. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
Shifts
• Any 5 days from 7 on Backshift (14:00 – 22:00)
Rates of Pay
• £12.21 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
• Pick and package customer orders accurately and efficiently • Ensure all items loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork • Report any damaged or missing items to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment • Assist with inventory control and stock checks • Perform general warehouse and labouring duties as required
Essential Skills
• Good physical fitness (heavy lifting/manual handling required) • Excellent teamwork and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Desirable Experience
• Previous picking and packing experience • Previous warehouse environment experience
Training Provided
• Full industry-related training and ongoing support will be provided throughout your employment
