Overview
Health Consultant role at Benifex in Southampton, England, United Kingdom. The role focuses on providing full consultancy services on Health Benefits to a portfolio of mid to high value customers on OneHub and cross-selling services.
Responsibilities
* Contributing to profitable revenue growth across multiple services and the corporate benefits team strategy, plans and targets.
* Build detailed knowledge of each customer account, their health & wellbeing strategy, and decision makers.
* Secure broking meetings, coordinate product and service experts, lead high quality presentations and negotiations.
* Expand business within existing services and increase services per customer (cross-sell).
* Ensure timely delivery of agreed services in line with the Benifex project plan; work with Client Service Directors and Strategic Consultancy team; attend weekly project calls and quarterly client meetings.
What we are looking for
* Proven track record of commercial delivery and business development of health customers
* Experience delivering health consulting advice and solutions to large corporate customers
* Technical proficiency:
o Advanced knowledge of Group Health products (PMI, Dental, Cashplan, EAPs and Health Assessments)
o IF7 qualified (or working towards it)
o Understand FCA procedures and requirements
* Able to deliver customer service excellence
* Financial / P&L management and budgeting experience
* Excellent customer relationship building and stakeholder management
* Consultative selling, influencing and negotiation skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written
* Thorough knowledge of the corporate benefits environment
