Igloo is recruiting an Administrator to join a well-established automotive organisation based in the Bristol area. This is an ongoing opportunity to work within a large, reputable business operating across multiple UK sites.
This role would suit an organised and detail-focused individual who is confident with administrative tasks and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
The Role:
1. Accurate data entry onto internal systems
2. Checking, recording, and validating information
3. Reviewing and processing vehicle V5 documentation
4. Filing documents correctly and ensuring records are maintained securely
5. Supporting the wider administrative team with day-to-day tasks
About You:
6. Previous administrative experience is advantageous
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
8. Confident using computers and internal systems
9. Organised, reliable, and able to manage workload effectively
10. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
