The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who doesn’t just think outside the box — they reinvent it.
This is a role for someone who lives for ideas, thrives on creative energy, and can turn vision into action. You’ll be responsible for leading how Presto shows up in the world — online, in-store, and across every touchpoint. We’re not interested in safe or predictable. We’re looking for someone who can help us build a brand that people talk about.
You’ll:
* Develop and execute bold, boundary-pushing creative campaigns that make people stop and pay attention.
* Lead brand storytelling, retail marketing, and digital growth with precision and originality.
* Translate big ideas into scalable campaigns that drive awareness and sales.
* Work closely with the founder to shape the creative direction of the brand.
* Take inspiration from the best challenger brands out there — think Surreal, Pip & Nut, Bio & Me — and create something even more impactful for Presto.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally across FMCG, retail, or DTC.
* Proven experience with challenger brands — you know how to make something stand out without huge budgets.
* A creative powerhouse with a track record of bold ideas and tangible results.
* Strong execution skills — you don’t just talk about ideas, you make them happen.
* A natural storyteller with an instinct for visual identity and brand positioning.
* Experience in both retail marketing and digital growth environments.
