Due to our continued success we are now looking to recruit Sales/ Customer Service Agents to add to our established team.
Duties
· Process Quotes/Orders
· Identify and follow up Sales Leads
· Answering Inbound calls from Customers to track orders/ arrange parts/returns
· Emailing Customers/Suppliers to follow up enquiries
The successful candidate will
· Have 12+ months continuous Sales/CS experience preferably in Office /Contact Centre (not retail)
· A focus on strong administrational skills in email/written format.
· Possess excellent outlook skills
· Thrive in a busy customer focused environment
