About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Restart Advisor Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver job search support sessions with participants, ensuring they make quality job applications to gain sustainable employment.
* Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on appropriate jobs boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up to date and visible to employers.
* Create job search sessions on our CRM system and promote within the team to ensure maximum attendance.
* Meet and exceed all monthly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators, seeking feedback and input to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for our participants and commissioners.
* Build effective and positive relationships, working collaboratively with participants and Restart Advisors in the team.
* Maintain accurate electronic participant records reflecting the support offered, from coaching to employment placement, within the required timescales and standards.
* Keep up to date with local labour market information, including hidden employment opportunities and local recruitment practices.
Requirements:
* Experience working in busy environments.
* The ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their potential.
* Strong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets, engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation.
* Exceptional communication skills to inspire and influence participants, addressing diverse needs with flexibility and creativity, and engaging with employers and stakeholders.
* Flexible and creative problem-solving skills.
* High-level digital literacy.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage a varied caseload and priorities.
* Knowledge of the local labour market, provision, and stakeholders.
