Account Manager
Location: Bolton
Salary: 24k-26k per annum plus commission
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Our client is seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Account Manager to join a passionate and motivated team.
As an Account Manager you will be:
* Answering inbound calls as well making outbound calls, from warm leads
* Responsive to email correspondence and enquiries
* Building relationships with customers (B-B and B-C)
* Create personalised emails to engage prospects throughout the sales cycle
* Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Teams
* Building an excellent rapport with customers delivering a first class service
* Sending out promotional literature, informing existing customers of new incentives and events
* Completing all relevant paperwork and administration
Skills / Experience / Attributes:
* It is preferable to be a car owner driver to occasionally visit clients or attend any work events / or, no car required for an in-house Account Manager
* Ideally you will have at least 1- 2 years sales, account management or customer service with upselling experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A confident and personable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (In person and over the telephone)
