What You'll Do: Provide professional, specialist information, advice, and guidance to disabled students and applicants through in-person and virtual appointments, emails, and phone calls. Stay up to date with relevant legislation and ensure accurate, appropriate advice is offered at all times. Maintain a broad caseload, offering ongoing support and guidance to applicants and students alike. Monitor urgent deadlines and take necessary actions to support student needs. Develop and share a Summary of Support Needs document to recommend reasonable adjustments for individual students.
