We’re looking for reliable, competent air source heat pump installers to work with us on a subcontract basis.
This is not a “maybe one job a month” setup. We have consistent work and want installers who want the same.
The work
* Full air source heat pump installations
* Mostly domestic properties
* Well-surveyed jobs – no guesswork
* Systems designed before you arrive
* Sensible timeframes, not rushed installs
Pay
* £2,400 per installation (starting rate)
* Paid promptly
* Scope to increase rates for the right teams and clean installs
What you need
* Proven experience installing air source heat pumps
* MCS accreditation (or working under an MCS umbrella)
* Own tools and transport
* Public liability insurance
* Ability to work to a good standard without being babysat
