Role: Head of Pricing Transformation
Location: London - 3 x days per week onsite
Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced Head of Pricing Transformation to lead a major change programme focused on simplifying, modernising, and strengthening pricing systems, processes, and supporting technology.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for delivering a large‑scale pricing transformation roadmap within a UK general insurance environment. You will play a critical part in building a scalable, efficient and future‑proof pricing capability, working at the intersection of Pricing, IT, Data, and Change.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded pricing leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys delivering tangible, enterprise‑wide change.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead the simplification and consolidation of the pricing estate, including rating engines, pricing tools and data flows
2. Own the upgrade or replacement of pricing platforms (e.g. rating engines, model deployment tools, pricing UIs)
3. Ensure pricing technology aligns with enterprise IT architecture, data strategy and security standards
