About Geomiq
Geomiq is a global manufacturing platform connecting businesses with trusted manufacturing partners across CNC machining, sheet metal and additive manufacturing.
We combine technology, operational hubs and a global supply network to deliver precision parts at scale. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Director to drive the next phase of revenue acceleration.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven sales leadership role.
You will own revenue growth, pipeline discipline, sales execution and commercial performance across the business.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to:
* Drive new logo acquisition
* Increase revenue per customer
* Improve conversion rates
* Shorten sales cycles
* Build a high‑performance sales culture
This is not a corporate reporting role. This is a build‑and‑execute role.
What You’ll Own
* Revenue growth across key verticals
* Sales pipeline management and forecasting
* Conversion performance from RFQ to order
* Sales process design and improvement
* Sales team structure, hiring and coaching
* Commercial strategy for enterprise accounts
* CRM discipline and reporting
* Collaboration with Supply and Operations to ensure strong delivery
You will be accountable for clear revenue targets and measurable performance improvements.
What We’re Looking For
You are:
* A commercially driven sales leader
* Comfortable owning a number
* Experienced in B2B technical or industrial sales
* Strong in pipeline management and forecasting
* Data‑driven and disciplined
* Comfortable operating in a scale‑up environment
* Hands‑on - you will close deals as well as lead
You have likely:
* Led sales in a £10–50m B2B business
* Built or scaled a sales team
* Sold into engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical buyers
* Improved win rates and shortened sales cycles
* Worked closely with operations or production teams
What This Role Is Not
* It is not a corporate VP title with no execution
* It is not a pure account management role
* It is not a passive leadership position
