Materials Planning & Logistics Manager
Are you a systems-savvy, dynamic and experienced Materials Planning & Logistics Manager ready for your next challenge? We're seeking a passionate professional to join the team and drive the efficient flow of materials and products, ensuring that the business meets objectives and exceeds customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be central to the operations, from planning to distribution. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining material requirement planning systems.
* Forecasting demand and creating production plans.
* Monitoring inventory and overseeing warehousing operations.
* Managing material transportation, ensuring timely deliveries.
* Championing continuous improvement and leading projects to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs.
* Monitoring KPIs and reporting on performance.
What We're After:
We need a leader with a proven track record. You'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in material planning/logistics, with 3 years in management.
* Experience introducing a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Strong knowledge of NAV or relevant systems.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
