Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our established and progressive dispute resolution team. The role offers an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded litigator who thrives on a broad range of cases, client interaction, and achieving results.
Location: Hybrid (Cheltenham Spa, Cheltenham, UK)
Responsibilities
* Advising a diverse client base, including corporate entities, trusts, charities and individuals.
* Managing your own caseload from initial engagement to conclusion, formulating case strategy and advising throughout.
* Drafting statements of case, witness statements, legal correspondence and other documentation.
* Instructing and working with counsel.
* Representing clients in court, mediation and settlement negotiations.
* Contributing to business development and networking for yourself, the litigation team and the firm brand.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years post‑qualifying experience (PQE) in general civil, commercial disputes, property litigation and contentious probate. Additional specialist experience may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a commercial mindset and be able to deliver high‑quality client service.
