Role Breakdown Customer Relationship Building
* Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing SME clients.
* Understand customer shipping habits and identify areas for optimisation.
* Provide personalised service and follow‑up support.
Sales Training & Development
* Take part in an in‑depth 12‑month programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning.
* Learn through a mix of residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and field coaching.
Account Management
* Once accounts are onboarded, ensure clients are fully supported with pricing, billing, queries, and service improvements.
* Become a trusted advisor able to problem‑solve quickly and collaboratively.
Performance & Growth
* Work towards promotional pathways tied to performance milestones.
