Physiotherapist (Community)
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Specialist Palliative Care Community service.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as an integral part of the multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high‑quality physiotherapy services to patients with life‑limiting illness.
* Provide palliative physiotherapy interventions to patients in a community setting and, where appropriate, within inpatient and supportive and well‑being services.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
* Previous experience working with palliative care patients.
* Previous hospice experience desirable.
* Valid car ownership and a clean driving licence.
