This role will be working from our Glasgow office with hybrid and flexible working options available.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team sell our IESVE technology software for energy-efficient buildings. The successful candidate will be supporting customers as well as a team of business development managers operating across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Providing administrative support to our sales team to maximise opportunities for growth
2. Maintaining an organised customer database using Salesforce (CRM).
3. Updating and delivering reports – supporting Head of Sales.
4. Managing customer licences and trials.
5. Sales Lead generation and supporting pre and post sales.
6. Business travel planning and co-ordination.
7. Assisting the other IES teams as required.

Essential Skills:
8. Strong customer service skills.
9. Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
10. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form and build relationships.
11. A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
12. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable Skills:
13. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.
14. Experience working in an office administration role.
15. Experience in a sales role either in person or on the phone.
