Care & Support Assistant – Bank Team
Location: Fern Brook Lodge Care Home, Shaftesbury Road, Gillingham, Dorset SP8 4QD
Pay rate: £13.80 per hour
Hours: Bank – flexible shifts to suit your availability, with no guaranteed hours
Shift patterns for days: 08:00 – 20:00
Shift pattern for nights: 20:00 – 08:00

You should have prior experience in care, including care planning and medication administration, and hold, or be willing to work toward, an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality, person‑centred care, we’d love to hear from you.
