Location: Plymouth - St Budeaux Estate Salary: £29,506 - £35,844 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered Contract Type: Permanent This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025 We're looking for a Caretaking Supervisor who can Lead a team of caretakers ensuring high standards of cleaning, safety and security on Clarion estates in the South West which includes Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Exeter and Bristol. Not only will you lead, manage, guide, support and motivate the team to deliver a high-quality service; you will also provide the caretaking service to your own estates and provide cover for the team as required. You will ensure that clear and agreed work plans and objectives are in place to deliver good customer service and fulfil the wider business objectives. Monitor standard of work performance, undertake monthly team meetings, and complete 1-1's and performance reviews. Working in partnership with the housing team, you'll also be required to complete monthly inspections of blocks and estates and grade the standard of the work in line with Clarion's service standards and develop action plans to improve standards where required.
