A bespoke and customer-driven insurance solutions client is seeking to appoint a Claims Handler.
In insurance claims, unpredictability is common. As a member of the claims team, you will play an important role within the business.
Your role will involve analyzing the unique facts of each case and using your skills and judgment to decide on the appropriate course of action.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team. You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or grades 4-9 including Maths and English. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, eager to learn, friendly, positive, inquisitive, committed to excellent customer service, confident, a good communicator, and attentive to detail.
In this role, our client will support your skill development and help you obtain the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance. As your career progresses, support for further studies towards ACII qualification will be provided, and there will be opportunities to move into other roles as they arise.
