Senior Quantity Surveyor
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will assist the commercial team in providing support to the contract delivery team to ensure profitability, cash management, cost control, and accurate reporting of all schemes.
Your role will require you to:
* Input into the application and credit control processes
* Understand income forecast and pricing of variations
* Understand the change control system
* Understand project risk
* Understand the production of CVRs
* Understand CTC
* Understand the production of forecasting data
* Understand the costing process
* Understand the management of the full sub-contract cycle and input into sub-contract documentation
* Assist with weekly cost to complete/budget reviews with the contract delivery teams
* Upload documentation as and when necessary, in line with business requirements
* Review weekly site records including allocation sheets and site diaries
* Attend project progress meetings
* Assist with preparation of monthly financial performance reports
* Gain experience outside of the commercial function to better understand the role of the business and the quantity surveyor within the business
