Job Description

My client, a leading consulting firm within Financial Services, is looking to hire an experienced, bubbly and approachable Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.


Role: OM / EA Salary: £40,000 - £49,000 per annum + bonus Hybrid: 5 days in office Location: City of London
What you'll do:
* Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office
* Being the to go-to person for the London based team
* Liaising with contractors and the building management team
* Arranging office celebrations
* Keeping stock of and ordering office supplies
* Manage meeting rooms and ensure appropriate set ups
* Diary and inbox management for 1 Partner
* Assist with travel arrangements
* Full administration and expenses
* Meeting and document preparation
* Ad hoc personal duties when needed

What you need:

* A minimum of 3 years experience working within an Office Management and/or Executive Assistant position
* Experience within Professional Services or Financial Services
* Can do attitude and happy to be the go-to person for the London office
* Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office programmes
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
