Lead Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £60,000 base + comprehensive benefits package.
Shifts: Days only (no nights).
Location: Commute from Uxbridge, Middlesex.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of automation engineers.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on automated production and packaging equipment.
* Electrical engineering tasks: motors, inverters, sensors, panels and fault‑finding.
* Fault‑finding of PLCs (Siemens).
* Basic mechanical maintenance.
* Understanding of Profibus / Profinet.
* General automation knowledge.
