Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Rep to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals of selling massage lotions and powders in the UK & EU. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an ability in sales, with preferably but not necessarily a proven track record in management, and the ability to work in teams. You also need to have initiative and vision to navigate challenges and drive organisational success on your own when required.
Duties
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the organisation's objectives.
* Reporting on some aspects of daily operations to help efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
* From time to time managing resources, including personnel, budgets, and facilities in accordance with the company's goals.
* Be able to adopt a culture of collaboration and innovation within a team.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
* Regular and recorded Liaisions with stakeholders, including board members, employees, and external partners to ensure alignment on goals.
* Prepare reports for senior management and the board on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
* Address any issues or challenges that arise within the organisation promptly.
Skills
* Proven ability to work in a diverse team effectively.
* An ability in sales and a willingness to learn.
* Analytical skills with good language and numeracy capacity.
* The ability to assess performance data and make informed and timely decisions.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to think strategically while dealing with day-to-day operations.
* An understanding of project management methodologies and tools preferred (particularly PRINCE2).
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
