* Supporting recruiting managers to attract and select suitable candidates, ensuring compliance with procedures and legislation, including Safer Recruitment

* Passion for education and care of children with SEN
* At least 1 year’s experience as a Recruiter (in-house, agency, or similar), ideally in social care or education
* Experience with attraction and sourcing techniques
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
* Empathy, relationship-building skills, and drive to meet targets
* Ability to relate to diverse audiences
