Executive Assistant – Corporate
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced executive assistant to join its high-performing corporate team in Manchester city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers, providing day-to‑day support across diary and travel management, client coordination, and team operations. The role offers a great variety and scope for someone looking to be an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries and coordinate international travel and meetings
* Prepare documents, meeting agendas, and follow up on action points
* Support client engagement, business development activities, and pitch preparation
* Maintain well‑organised and compliant filing systems using iManage
* Assist with onboarding, compliance, billing, and financial reporting using Aderant
* Liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, professional communication
* Draft correspondence, manage shared inboxes, and coordinate with other departments
* Take ownership of administrative processes and contribute to team efficiency
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience as an executive assistant or legal PA, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence managing busy schedules and coordinating across time zones
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with iManage and Aderant is an advantage
* A proactive, flexible approach and ability to stay ahead of what’s needed
