We're looking for an End User Image Specialist to take ownership of our evergreen processes,application lifecycle, and vulnerability management across our global environment.

You’ll make an impact by:
* Manage the full evergreen process to ensure Windows devices stay secure, compliant, and up to date.
* Package, patch, and deploy OS and software releases across the Modern Workplace environment.
* Lead vulnerability management, including zero‑day response and alignment with CISO policies.
* Oversee the full application lifecycle from request to retirement, including rationalisation.
* Work with internal teams, external vendors, and Software Asset Management to ensure standards and compliance.
* Support ITSM processes, project delivery, and contribute to governance forums as required.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce complexity, and simplify the application estate.
Your skills and experience:
* Experience in Modern Workplace or end‑user computer environments.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including: SCCM, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, O365/M365, Windows 10/11
* Good understanding of application lifecycle management using Microsoft toolsets.
* Experience working with outsourcing partners and multiple software vendors.
* Awareness of technical governance and practical service management processes.
* Positive decision‑maker with leadership capability.
* Ability to identify, assess and manage risk.
