About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and organised Project Coordinator / Admin to support our fire door projects. You'll play a key role in sourcing contractors, managing quotes, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contractor Sourcing & Coordination:
o Identify and liaise with reliable fire door contractors and suppliers
o Maintain and update our contractor database
o Schedule works and ensure contractors meet deadlines and compliance requirements
* Quote Management:
o Request, track, and follow up on quotes from multiple contractors
o Compare pricing and support decision-making on cost-effective solutions
o Ensure timely communication of quotes to clients
* Project Admin Support:
o Organise and track project schedules, site access, and job completion paperwork
o Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and certifications
o Support the project team with any administrative needs
Essential Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience in the fire door or fire safety industry
* Strong admin and organisational skills
* Confident in managing quotes, contractor communication, and scheduling
* Good knowledge of fire door compliance & Pricing
* Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and project tracking tools
