Hugely exciting Opportunity -We are seeking a driven and passionateSales Managerto drive our sales in the fast-growing world ofPadel sports. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence across clubs, retailers, and partners.
You must have relevant field sales experience to apply for this role in sports or hospitality
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Identify and engage with new business opportunities (clubs, retailers, distributors, corporate partners)
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
* Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth strategies
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and tournaments
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide feedback to leadership
* Report on KPIs and sales pipeline performance using CRM tools
Skills
* Proven experience in a sales management role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
* Strong leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on achieving results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Commission pay
Benefits: Company pension
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to commute: reliably commute regularly between Birmingham and Glasgow
