Our client is a global leader in the smoking accessories space, known for innovation, design, and quality. Their flagship brand is recognized for premium rolling accessories, storage solutions, and lifestyle gear designed for discerning consumers. Already a dominant force in the US market, they are rapidly expanding across the UK and Europe and looking for a driven sales professional to help take their UK presence to the next level.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned UK Sales Representative with a strong network in the tobacco, vape, headshop, and convenience retail space. This role is focused on expanding door count, driving B2B sales, and working closely with regional distribution partners to grow market share in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and manage relationships with independent retailers, chains, wholesalers, and buying groups across the UK.
* Open new accounts across smoke shops, vape shops, and cash & carry locations.
* Work closely with our distribution and logistics team to ensure timely fulfilment and stock availability.
* Provide product education, promotional support, and visual merchandising assistance to retail partners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured outreach and in-person visits.
* Identify and attend relevant trade shows, industry events, or store visits as needed.
* Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in the smoking accessory, tobacco, vape, or related FMCG space.
* A solid book of business with independent smoke shops, convenience chains, or vape stores in the UK.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working independently and hitting aggressive growth goals.
* A passion for the category and a good eye for trends in the market.
* Experience working with US-based brands or launching new product lines in the UK market would be ideal but not essential.
* Familiarity with retail planograms, POP displays, and product merchandising.
