About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project and Business Support professional to drive key initiatives, ensure seamless communication, and support the Managing Director (MD) at LEVC MTECH. This role requires exceptional project management, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Lead and coordinate company-wide projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
* Support the MD in preparing presentations, reports, and strategic documents.
* Assist in developing and implementing company policies and strategies.
* Engage with Geely and other partners for strategic alignment.
* Oversee administrative tasks including office management, budgets, and logistics.
* Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Provide English-Chinese translation support for the MD.
Qualifications and Experience
* Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
* At least 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience supporting a fast-paced business.
