Salary: £30,359 - £30,786 per year

Housing and Technical Resources require a Customer Liaison Assistant to join their team, involving travel throughout South Lanarkshire and working on projects such as central heating and kitchen installations.

You will contribute to the delivery of the Council's Home+ program by acting as the primary contact with residents, construction teams, social work departments, and external agencies during installations.

Essential skills include customer service experience, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and relevant IT skills. All tasks must be performed in accordance with the Quality Management System.

You should be able to work independently and as part of a busy team.

The successful candidate must have the ability to travel across South Lanarkshire.
