Job Description
3. Lead and manage corporate finance projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
4. Oversee financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
5. Leading deal teams, supporting local team management
6. Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IMS, teasers, Buyer Research Packs.
7. Preparing and supporting pitch decks/ sales pitches for new business
8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the team.
9. Identify and assess opportunities for growth and investment
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Finance Senior Manager should have:
10. Strong expertise in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
11. A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA
12. M&A experience -3 years minimum
13. Track record of buy-side & Sell-side mandates
14. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
15. Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise with stakeholders.
