The role
In your new role as a Lateral Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the international Lateral recruiting efforts for the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating the international lateral associate, partner and counsel recruiting efforts.
2. Processing search firm submissions and facilitating introduction of candidates from internal sourcing projects.
3. Tracking and maintaining accurate recruiting data and metrics in the firm's applicant tracking system. Preparing reports as needed.
4. Arranging and scheduling lateral candidate interview and meetings across offices.
5. Coordinating the lawyer onboarding and orientation process.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
6. Previous experience working in recruitment within a global law firm.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to handle confidential information.
10. An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
