About the role
Engage Services ESL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd, is looking for a confident and efficient individual to join their team in a dynamic office environment. The role involves contacting customers and clients by phone and email, handling daily queries, and ensuring clear communication at all times.
Responsibilities
* Handling case files from commencement to conclusion
* Acting as the key point of contact via phone and email for clients and customers
* Collaborating with the enforcement team to resolve case inquiries quickly
* Preparing reports and processing invoicing
* Diary management and case planning
* Using online consumer tracing tools and databases
Requirements
* Previous experience in a fast‑paced office environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident and professional in every interaction
* Solution‑focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges proactively
* Highly organised and able to manage a busy, varied workload efficiently
* Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
