In this role, you will support children's learning through play and offer a dynamic range of activities tailored to their unique needs and interests. Your commitment to providing a safe and stimulating environment will be crucial in supporting our ethos of quality childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging educational activities that foster children's development.
* Monitor, assess, and record children's progress and development.
* Support the planning and preparation of the learning environment.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.
* Understand and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
* Experience working with children in an early years setting.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong observational and assessment skills.
* Enhanced DBS check and first aid certification preferred.
