Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals (e.g. speech therapists, SENCO) to support development. Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting strategies as needed. Foster independence, confidence and self-esteem in every learner.About You: We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEN education.
