You’ll be at the forefront of managing Siemens Energy’s rotating equipment, working closely with clients to maintain, upgrade, and digitalise their assets. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their rotating equipment needs are met and driving satisfaction through proactive engagement.
2. You will coordinate unscheduled maintenance and breakdowns, ensuring a structured response and effective support for site personnel.
3. You will manage project finances and customer accounts, focusing on profitability, risk management, and identifying upsell opportunities.
4. You will collaborate with Sales to define project scopes, develop strategic relationships with product centers, and contribute to data quality in business systems.
What You Bring
5. You have proven experience in customer management and a strong track record in project delivery within the energy, renewables, oil and gas, or power generation sectors.
6. You hold a degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, or Project Management, with industry qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, or PMI considered a plus.
7. You are skilled in using project management tools like OnePM, Microsoft Project, SAP, or Salesforce.
8. You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety (IOSH desirable).
9. You are willing to travel to customer sites in the UK and occasionally abroad.
