Adecco are partnered with a successful Property Management Consultancy to recruit for an exciting role of Facilities Maintenance based in Mid-Kent!! The role offers outstanding benefits and the opportunity to develop and train as part of the role.
As a Facilities Maintenance, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities, remain in top-notch condition. Collaborating closely with the Operations team, your responsibilities will range from following a structured pre-planned maintenance programme to handling reactive repair work, including basic plumbing, plaster boarding, and painting.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and basic repairs across the site
Execute the pre-planned maintenance programme efficiently
Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance issues
Supervise approved contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Safely operate equipment and maintain an organised Maintenance Workshop
Select and order materials and equipment, liaising with the Maintenance Manager
Attend various training sessions
Embrace ongoing training to continually develop your skills
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a building trade, facilities management, or maintenance role
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Hands- On approach
Ability to work well in a team
Great communication both verbally and written
